  Hi Lina and to everybody,
  
  Add me to the list.
  
  I think the first think we should have in mind is the number of people. As far as I know will be around 100, right? Maybe we can make a list of what these people will need during the sessions.
  
  Out of these 100 would be good to find out how many are non German speaking cause I suppose they will need some more practical info and help to get around.

  Hi there,
  we have now actually 140 people who have registered.
  
  I think what we will need is the following:
  
  1. Help with setting the place up (on Friday and Saturday morning)
  
  2. Help with registrations (handing out badges, checking names, etc.)
  
  3. Help with cleaning up after lunch / coffee breaks
  
  4. Help with cleaning up after the event
  
  I think 1 and 2 are the most urgent

  I am still scheduling my trip into town. I'm trying to plan so that I can be there before 9am for the set up or by 9 for the Greeting. I'll let you know asap.
